Terms and Conditions

Scope of Work

  • Commissions are capped at 5000 words, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Projects involving original characters, settings, lore, etc., must also provide sufficient reference material

  • Clients should also be available for periodic clarification to ensure accuracy and quality.

  • The final product will be the PDF, DOCX, and Notion link to the working document.

Pricing & Payment

  • Standard commissions: $0.05 per word (or $0.08 per word for NSFW pieces or pieces requiring a lot of research, such as historical fiction pieces).

  • Ghostwriting: $0.10 per word (or $0.15 per word for NSFW pieces requiring a lot of research, such as historical fiction pieces).

  • Original works intended for commercial use will have a flat base rate increase of +$0.05 per word.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion prior to final delivery.

  • All payments can be made via PayPal or Wise.

  • Any additional words written beyond the agreed limit/budget at my discretion will not be charged.

  • The client confirms that they are the authorized owner of the payment method used and that the transaction was made by them.

  • This purchase is for a custom written work. No physical item will be shipped.

  • Filing a chargeback or unathorized transaction claim after receiving the completed written work may be considered fraudulent behavior. All relevant evidence (communication, perviews, and final delivery) will be provided to the payment provider.

Revisions & Edits

  • A Notion draft will be provided prior to final approval for revisions.

  • Minor revisions under 250 words are included, but larger revisions will incur additional fees.

  • No revisions will be accepted after final approval.

Turnaround Time

  • Clients will be notified when their commission begins.

  • Standard turnaround time is approximately 21 days, unless otherwise stated.

Usage Rights & Copyright

  • Fanfiction commissions are for personal use only and may not be used commercially.

  • Original works may be used commercially only if agreed upon and paid for accordingly.

  • Commissioned works may not be reposted without credit.

  • Ghostwriting works are exempt from credit requirements unless otherwise agreed.

  • Feeding my work into AI is strictly prohibited.

  • I retain the right to display commissioned work in my portfolio unless otherwise discussed.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Cancellations prior to the start of work may be eligible for a refund.

  • If a project is cancelled mid-way through the project, payment will reflect work completed.

  • If I cancel a commission, a full refund will be issued (except in cases of prolonged client unresponsiveness).

Communication

  • Clients can expect a response within 48 hours.

  • Timely communication is expected to avoid delays.

  • If a client is unresponsive for more than 48 hours, the project may be paused.

  • After 10 days of a client’s continued inactivity, the commission may be cancelled without refund.

Content Policy

  • I accept: fanfiction (gen & ship), OC x canon, original works, and NSFW.

  • I do NOT accept: torture porn, loli/shota.

  • I reserve the right to decline any request at my discretion.
